A deluxe padded gig bag for larger three-row and 2.5-row melodeons, with a soft plush lining, reinforced padding and padded rucksack straps. Useful for carrying your instrument to sessions, rehearsals and festivals. Internal dimensions are 38 × 20 × 37 cm—check your melodeon’s measurements before ordering.

A gig bag for larger melodeons

This is the largest of our three deluxe melodeon bag sizes. It gives you more width and height than the 2.5-row bag, with the same 20 cm internal depth. Choose by your instrument’s measurements, as the number of rows alone does not tell you how much room it needs.

Internal dimensions and fit

Width: 38 cm
Depth: 20 cm
Height: 37 cm

Measure your melodeon with the bellows naturally closed, including the keyboard, feet and any projecting fittings. Compare all three measurements, allowing enough room to slide the instrument into the bag and close it without forcing the zip.

This size is intended for larger three-row and 2.5-row instruments. If you are unsure about yours, contact us with the make, model and measurements and we will help you choose.

Padding and construction

Made in Italy, the bag combines a 1000D Cordura outer with 10 mm foam padding and 10 mm polyethylene hard foam around the instrument. The soft plush lining helps protect the finish, while the firmer foam layer adds support and protection against everyday knocks.

Carrying and access

Padded rucksack straps leave your hands free when carrying your melodeon. The side-loading design gives easy access to the instrument, and a large front pocket provides space for music and small accessories.
